The original Desert Boot was designed by footwear gods Clarks in the late 1940’s, its early inspiration coming from a crepe soled boot which was first discovered in the bazaars of Cairo.

Since then the Desert Boot has been adopted by a number of different subcultures across the world and now represents a true icon of British footwear. Desert Boots have become particularly synonymous within the music industry and this is demonstrated brilliantly by Pretty Green‘s reworking of the original boot, producing their own favoured version of the classic.

Constructed from a mossback suede upper and 100% natural crepe sole the Pretty Green version have a slightly reduced sole profile and a rounded toe which has been designed specifically to Liam Gallagher’s specifications.
