Christmas parties, work drinks, family gatherings, catch-ups with mates. Whatever the festive function, we have a look to inspire. Check out our Festive ‘Fits and be sure to be the best dressed guest at every party this Christmas.

Our first look is build around a statement outerwear piece from American outfitters, Filson. Layer it up with a chunky mock-neck knit and a crowd-pleasing long-sleeved t-shirt. A pair of mid wash jeans and classic Clarks Originals keep the look grounded and add serious versatility.

A more laid back look, this outfit uses black cargo pants and a muted t-shirt to set the tone. A clean off-white quarter zip sweatshirt adds some much-needed warmth and a quilted utility gilet is the perfect top layer. If the chill hits hard, you could always throw on a big coat over the top but the clean lines and slim silhouette is the winner for us here. Oh, and don’t forget some luxury Mallet trainers to complete the look.

Ok so we do like a bit of Polo Ralph Lauren here at Woodhouse and this look is the perfect example of why. A timeless check shirt which can be dressed up or down with ease, a classy cable knit jumper and a sophisticated winter outerwear option. We paired all of this with a subtle grey trouser from Norse Projects and an elevated sneaker silhouette from Grenson.

If your socialising is not limited to a bar or restaurant, this look is for you! A winter-worthy outerwear icon from Norse Projects is tasked with protecting that seasonal essential; a top-tier overshirt. Red Wing boots and Edwin trousers complete a timelessly tonal ensemble.

For a feeling of occasion, look no further than a pair of Tricker’s. The British shoemaker is an authority on formal footwear and this pair look perfect paired with a classic mac and a checked scarf. A note on the jumper too – it may look like a relatively simple piece but by gum is it soft; a modern marvel of knitwear from Wood Wood!

Black and white dressing does not need to be boring. A denim overshirt is the perfect way to add some texture. The super soft shirt from Portuguese Flannel is typical of their craftsmanship and acts as the deal base to build from. A PS Paul Smith coat is worth every pound of investment, a classic style with touches of interest – the lining for one is a fun little colourful touch to break up a muted piece. Oh and for the record, this is the only half and half scarf that we would ever be seen wearing!
