Most blokes are fashion conscious but not always 100% sure on what to wear with what, so we have taken the pressure and stress off the whole decision making process by putting together 3 outfits based around summer short sleeve shirts. Take a look below.
First up we have a casual look featuring some light summer tones. The white Hugo shirt paired with the pastel yellow Barbour tee gives you a nice contrast with a splash of colour included. If yellow isn’t your colour then you can sub out the tee for another soft pastel shade, be it a pink or blue, whilst still giving you the same effect. Light wash jeans are a great choice for the summer and go great with most summer inspired colours, these particular ones are a Diesel slim fitting style. Rounding off this outfit we have a light grey Adidas Gazelle, one of the most recognisable shoes in menswear but again any white or soft grey shoe can be subbed in.
Next up we have a slightly smarter look, ideal for a summer party. The stand out shirt is from Vivienne Westwood, featuring a floral pattern on a sky blue background giving a standout vibe without being too outlandish. Pair that with a cotton, straight fitting chino and you are on for a winner. We have gone for the BOSS Marine3 which is a staple of the BOSS collections and finished off with a maple Clarks Original Wallace boot to break up the blue, you can swap this for a desert boot or something similar if that’s more your style.
Finally we have a more contemporary look, starting with another shirt and tee combo. We have gone for a Penfield panama style shirt with a wicked pattern over a white Hugo tee, this can be worn open or buttoned up as we have it here, either way you’ll look great. Pastel colours are a must for the summer so we have thrown in these soft pink Folk trousers, perfect as they are light weight so you won’t find yourself over heating in the summer sun.
